Jia has consulted and trained in different countries in the region. Her focus is business sustainability and she has used various platforms to deliver this – strategy enhancement, performance management, process alignment and leadership development.
Jia holds a bachelors degree in Human Genetics along with a Masters in International Business Management from Newcastle University, UK.
